What do I do if I receive a defective order?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to shop@goboony.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment via our tracking page.

My order has been sent, why don’t I see the tracking information? 

Your order was shipped, but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the tracking system. Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost.

Do all items in orders always ship together?

Some of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. The products we'll ship separately are:

  • mugs
  • postcards and stickers

In some cases, products from the same order can also be fulfilled in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

​​What is the estimated delivery time and how is it calculated?

The estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfilment and shipping time.

Our fulfilment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. When we calculate the estimated fulfilment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

  • Issues with print/embroidery files
  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

You can change an order that you already have placed unless it has the status of ‘Being Fulfilled’. Click the ‘Change order’ button from your order view and edit the products and shipping options from there. 

Note that changing a product within an order (e.g. altering a product’s variant or size) that has the ‘Waiting for Fulfilment’ status, or setting its status to ‘On Hold’, will reset the order deadline. This may result in a longer fulfilment time. However, changing a shipping address or rate will not reset the order deadline. 

​​What if I entered the wrong address? 

No worries! Since carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship from the facility. 

In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering your address. 

If they are unable to deliver your package it will be returned to the HQ and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 4 weeks you will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package. 

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

The prices you see in our shop include tax but not shipping. Shipping is calculated based on your country and address. The final price you see will therefore be different to the product price.
